The GCC survey tool impresses with its ease of use, low time and cost requirements, and clearly structured, meaningful analyses – including benchmarking at the touch of a button. It offers maximum
transparency with complete anonymity and effectively supports your organizational and cultural development with minimal effort.
The survey can be conducted digitally (on a computer or smartphone) or traditionally using a paper questionnaire – and in
17 languages. In addition to the standardized survey of all
seven subcultures using a total of
70 questions, it is possible to select specific subcultures and evaluate each with
10 focused questions.
In addition,
overall satisfaction is recorded. Furthermore,
organization-specific closed questions can be integrated, and up to
four individual open questions can be added for qualitative supplementation.
The GCC is not an off-the-shelf survey – it's the starting point for a conversation, including expert support, clear analysis, and dialogue with management. This lays the foundation for honest and effective cultural development.
Pricing: The Great Culture Check is modular. Depending on company size, number of participants, survey scope, and desired level of analysis, we offer different pricing options.
